Having a great product is one thing. Getting it in front of the consumer, and into the right shops, and selling well, is another matter.
Through my years of selling to a very varied range of shops and businesses, I have learnt what sells, why it sells and how to sell it. If I had not learnt this my career would have been very short lived. This is now what I can share with you, as probably the most common question I am asked by any business - is how to increase product sales.
As a Retail Sales Expert, I offer Consultancy to help you take your product to market, and if your product is already in the marketplace I can help increase your customer base, grow brand awareness further and dramatically improve your sales.
I will pass on all the knowledge and experience I have gained over the last 16 years of successful selling, and help implement straight forward, no nonsense, practical advice and techniques that will enable you to get your products to the right customers, efficiently and cost effectively.

If I feel I can help, I normally suggest the following.
I meet with you to review your Company, product ranges, pricing, marketing, company structure plus costing’s and manufacturing process,
and investigate new market sectors to approach, suggest new products, and gather feedback from customers. I work on your unique selling
point and marketing ideas, plus how to reduce costs and new ideas for trade and website customers.
Then I would review your website structure search engine presence giving you clear and cost effective ways to increase ranking, discuss
your Brand Identity and possible new national accounts requirements, cheap marketing ideas based around getting the most out of your trade shows and trade and consumer marketing.
I work a Fast Track approach with practical advice and solutions to help you decided on the right way forward and the right business activities to be doing to get you there.
To keep the costs to a minimum, a lot of the review and fact finding work I can do before or after our initial meeting with you by email, but to start with a face to face meeting always works best.
Further consultations or telephone/email back up can be planned to focus more time on problem solving on your on-going issues that arise in your business as you start out or are developing your existing company to take it to the next level. I will work with you on your brand and its impact on the marketplace, look to grow the product range if appropriate and put more structure into the business to enable it to be more profitable.
